Executive Management
While the Board of Directors provides overall guidance, Mashreq is managed by our Chief Executive Officer, who also sits on the Board of Directors.
The Leadership Forum (reporting to the CEO) is the Executive Management Committee of the Bank which discusses and debates bank-wide issues, develops strategic plans for the Board’s approval and takes decisions on pan-bank issues.
